Adam was always responsive to any calls or texts I made. We had a few legal hiccups to do with a Power of Attorney(POA) which threw a spanner in the works. We had a good offer after our 1st open home, however due to the legal issues and delays caused by the POA our buyer had to withdraw. Adam put house on the open market again and we received an offer 2 days later. All in all Adam was patient and understanding of the situation and handled everything in a calm and measured attitude.
