When it came to advertising costs you only suggested advertising that you felt we would achieve for us genuine value for money rather than trying to promote your own Brand. We also observed this to be true when you gave potential buyers feedback about our home and our expectations. Even though you were the listing agent all your team members and staff were eager to assist us and everyone was courteous at all times. You and your staff always arrived in advance of the open times to prepare and always got back to us later that day with the feedback after the open house times.
