Adam has been very easy to work with, has been available to show us properties on request and has answered most questions on each property, he has not been a pushy salesman and has let us spend time in the property. After we decided to proceed with a property he has always got back to me in a prompt appropriate time. We would have liked more formal information regarding renting the property with century 21 ready for when we sold eg: written fees breakdown and ongoing services. Adam did give us some information but would have liked a follow up from the property manager. All in all Adam has made the sale smooth and easy from the Agents side of things.
