All smiles at first & contact swiftly lessened after exchange. Had to request our own pre-settlement inspection (thank heavens we did!). After exchange the property had suffered a MAJOR water leak, requiring a full bathroom replacement, and kitchen replacement. Neither Adam nor anyone in his PM team informed us of the damage (they had known for 6 weeks), nor assisted the tenant who they had allowed to live in a water logged apartment for over a month. Our conveyancer requested that the vendors leave some money in Trust, as a precaution in case of any unexpected costs that the building insurance wouldn't cover (fully refundable to the vendors if there were no out of pocket expenses, so very low risk to them). Adam then phoned me and threatened that if we "didn't hurry up and settle soon, he'd sell it to someone else for more money". Absolutely appalling agent behaviour - especially when the vendor's solicitor was the one who hadn't accepted the settlement booking yet (it had been booked into PEXA by our conveyancer for weeks!) We were so excited about our purchase, but working with Adam and team was an absolute nightmare in the end - I would never work with them again. Didn't even phone us to congratulate us when it did settle, nor send us any written confirmation of such. They clearly care more about their commission cheques than customer care or communication. Woeful service, do yourself a favour and avoid this agency...

Adam was easy to deal with throughout the entire process of purchasing the property. He was readily available so I could view the unit as well as efficient when returning emails or responding to messages. He was both personable and professional. Would recommend Adan as an agent.
