Had an easy time thinking about purchasing with the help of Adam. He was informative and to the point.

Adam was upfront, honest and completely accessible throughout the whole sales process. We started with an optimistic selling price, but it soon became obvious it was too optimistic. We worked through our options and agreed on a more realistic strategy. He was then able to quickly secure a number of approved buyers, nursed us through a final few bumps in the road, and secured an unconditional sale in a tough market. I can now relax counting down the days to settlement while other sellers still have their properties online screaming "MUST SELL!", "ALL OFFERS!", "CALL NOW!" etc. My advice, call Adam.

After meeting 80+ agents in the last 10 years, I knew what questions I wanted to know so I ran a Q&A style of first meeting because life was dragging me in other directions. I'm not sorry it was a very direct first-meeting for Adam and Julie because they know their stuff, had everything under control and knew all the answers, and then told me things I didn't know. When asked my selling price, I told what other agents told me, and they gave me a different figure which was higher. So I agreed to 'try them' first, even though I had a preferred agent. I gave Adam and Julie two weeks, they asked for four, I agreed. .. but then they went and sold it to a wonderful buyer within 10 days. This is where the difference lies. We had a deceased estate property to sell that was dated and in a good need of a proper reno. Given the sensitive circumstances, our family was too emotional to spend time and money updating the family residence for sale. To top it off, we really only had a week to get it looking as presentable as possible, and there was a LOT to do. Adam helped my family and I to identify what would actually make a difference to our sale price in terms of presenting the property, and we're so glad we took his advice because his objective opinion served us really well. The very first Saturday after listing Adam held an open home and we had more than 40 people come through the property. We couldn't believe how successful just five days of our advertising had been. We ended up with eight offers on the property from that single open home and the multiple offers drove the purchase price much higher than we thought possible. The property settled without a hitch 30 days later. It turns out that Adam pays a lot of attention to buyers in the market, and gets in contact with them when a property comes up that suits what they're looking for. This agent is pretty top notch. No schmoozy sales pitch, no false hope of an unachievable sale price, just a pragmatic and sensible approach to selling our family's property in a way that met our particular circumstances.
