Adam was personable and efficient in his initial communication. He was quick to answer any questions. We had a final walk through before settlement, and he said the issues raised at this would be resolved by settlement. Unfortunately, the issues were not properly resolved. When we brought this to Adam's attention, he at first said they had been resolved, but that he would talk with the previous owners about sharing the cost (for the issue that had not been resolved.) He then did not communicate with us, and after contacting him many times he said there was nothing further he would do. Adam was great before settlement, and awful afterward.
