Adam and his team had great work for us. We almost missed out to have this house, every day looked real estate website but somehow, we missed out open house. I contacted them and they arranged a private open house before auction. I really appreciate it. when we participated in an auction, of course they encouraged us to make higher number, but they were different from other agents. This team gave us time to think about it. Other agents normally rush into, but this team was not. I appreciate Adam's team did not give us up.. And every single thing they did us was very thorough and found us a good tenant straight away!!..how wonderful thing is.. I highly recommend Adam's team!!!!

I purchased a 2-bedroom apartment in Best Road, Seven Hills via Elders R/E. Adam Silva was very professional in his dealings. He promptly facilitated a second, private inspection for me when I expressed further interest in the property. He was patient and took the time to show me the facilities that are available in the building, such as rooftop terrace. He was honest in conveying to me that there was the potential for construction of a similar building across the road - which could cause some noise and inconvenience to residents in the immediate vicinity. He was always responsive to my phone calls. My only slightly negative comment is that I was given a generic Elders email account which did not seem to be regularly monitored and hence I did not receive email responses back in a timely manner. I had to follow-up via phone calls. This was eventually corrected, and I was pleased to have conducted business with Elder R/E Blacktown and Adam Silva.

Adam is easy to deal with, very acomodating and always listening to customers like us. He was able to get an good selling price for us.

Adam is very honest which is really very hard to find in the industry.We looked for a house for more than 3 months and were dealing with almost all agents in the area and Adam is very fair toward both vendor and buyer side which we did not see from others.Besides he is very helpful and puntual.
