My over all experience with Obrian real estate was very poor . The leading agent of this property never contacted me for support or guidance . Most of the contact was made with the other agent who wasn’t even listed as a property manager. The communication channel with Obrian and the team was very poor. Very late to no response of emails and phones were not answered neither missed calls were returned on time . After signing the contract I made a request with the agent however the agent wanted me to cancel the contract instead of helping me by guiding me . Thanks to Jake for his support however not at all happy with Adam and Obrian’s services.
