We previously had an unpleasant experience attempting to purchase this property through a different agent, so were pleasantly surprised when Adam called us to say it was on his books. The negotiation was much smoother and we felt it was fairer - there was communication from both parties. Adam went above and beyond to meet us at times out of hours and was a pleasure to deal with.
