I found Adam to be a very approachable agent who genuinely seemed to want the best outcome for me. He was very patient and did not put pressure on me at all throughout the process, which was appreciated as a first time buyer. He was always professional, pleasant and willing to assist when required.

As a first time seller I was very apprehensive and clueless about the actual process. Having heard lots of horror stories I was quite nervous and suspicious about the task in front of me when I decided I was going to put my property on the market. Fortunately I choose to walk into LJ Hooker at Stafford for my initial interaction with real estate agents. My first meeting was with Adam Stefan and whilst initially he was not going to be my agent due to circumstances he ended up being my selling agent. I was more than pleased with how things unfolded. I was fortunate that the property sold in less than a week but the settlement didn't just happen without any issues. Adam was there all the way with me and the communication was excellent. He continually reassured me and kept me updated on every development. He and his colleagues communicated on my behalf with the buyers til it was brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Would I use Adam Stefan as my agent again - definitely.

Very happy with Adam Stefan's work. I purchased first, and then sold my home in Gordon Park, both through Adam. The sale took longer than predicted but Adam stayed with the job. Many offers were made but no pressure for a quick sale applied until price met my complete satisfaction. His integrity and honesty is highly commended.

Adam sold an investment property for me, following a referral from a colleague who had also sold a property through Adam.
