His advice and recommendations in terms of preparing the property for sale were sensible, thorough, and always supported with context and purpose and with the offer to arrange and manage services and contractors - painting, house washing, interior cleaning, gardens, staging, etc. Often his contacts were more readily available and better priced than I’d been able to find.
