Adam Stefan in my eyes, went above & beyond the call of duty in securing the sale of our property. His commitment to attaining the best result for his clients can be justified by the dedication he displayed on settlement day; We were due to settle after the buyer’s inspection at midday. Adam & his colleague were on-site prior to the agreed time & realised we were tired & struggling, in order to have all our belongings removed from the property by midday. Adam somehow managed to have the inspection/settlement time postponed until 4pm. Adam & his colleague, Lucy West jumped into action. During the next 3 or so hours the interior of the house was cleaned & presentable! All the items that either needed to be disposed of, or loaded onto my ute & trailer had been removed from the property! Might I make mention of the fact that a significant portion of the items removed were carried from the rear of the property & some were weighty. I remember looking at Adam & noticed beads of sweat on his forehead. In closing, fact is that without the assistance of Adam Stefan & Lucy West, the sale may have fallen through, & with the market slowing significantly, our future plans may have been jeopardised. To tell the truth, when I fully realised the enormity of the help extended to us, & the possible consequences, had we not received the above mentioned assistance, I was awestruck for several days!
