Down to earth approach

I foolishly didn't select Adam first time around. After the first appointed agent couldn't get an offer and very few inspections, Adam had more people through the place in the first week, got 2 offers and a sale for well above the other agent's estimations. Adam has a down to earth honest approach and is acutely aware of the machinations of the current market. Nothing was a problem. I can I highly recommend him. Well done Adam and thanks. Cheers
