Poor Experience

We engaged Adam Stevenson to sell our property in Taree. The final price was at the bottom of his quoted range. We were strongly encouraged to accept because the offer included a 14-day settlement, yet settlement ultimately took almost two months. Communication was poor, and we often felt the purchaser’s interests were prioritised over ours. The way key matters were presented left us feeling misled and unable to trust the advice we were given. We would not use him again.
