As nervous out of town and first home buyers, we really relied on Adam to guide us through the purchasing process. His expertise was evident, and his friendly, approachable and down to earth manner really put us at ease. He opened the house especially at a time that would allow us to travel from 4 hours away to view it, and answered our million questions with a smile, and recorded a final inspection by video when we were unable to attend in person.
