We were recommend Adam by a developer who uses Adam to sell finished and off the plan residential properties. We were very impressed with Adams efficacy and ability to identify the best ways to market our property to capture interest of likely purchasers. Adam visited the property on more than one occasion to make recommendations on what needed to be improved and how to best present the house for sale. After the first weekend of opens and Monday evening open inspection over 100 groups had viewed the property and Adam was able to make 15 appointment with potential buyers which resulted in 12 offers being placed on the property. With so many written offers to choose from we found a buyer that suited our settlement date, had a strong finical position and was offering a price higher than the top end of our price guide. Adam kept us informed on a regular basis and was easy to get hold of all hours of the day including weekends. We would recommend Adam and his team to anyone selling there current property or a newly built home.
