From a purchaser's point of view, we found Adam to be most helpful with the purchase process. We asked to view the house that we purchased at short notice and Adam was able to accommodate us after discussions with the owner. He advocated for the owner during the negotiations, as is his job, but always did so respectfully and courteously. he was in regular contact with us, and offered to help us before, during and after settlement with whatever was required.
