REVIEW Choosing an agent to sell your property can become a challenge if the fit between vendor and agent is not positive. Adam Van Leeuwen of Realtyblue Burleigh Heads had an intimate knowledge of the Miami and Burleigh Heads suburbs, was a property owner himself with a young family in the area, had the backing of a fresh and innovative office, had many listings in the immediate suburb also attracting buyers and had access to an aggressive marketing campaign for an extremely reasonable cost. This looked very positive, but what was Adam like to work with? We met on a couple of occasions prior to engaging him to discuss the marketing and I was impressed with his knowledge of the area, the ultimate buyer profile that was to be targeted and the marketing campaign to achieve a result. Adam was easily briefed on the property and its features and his enthusiasm to show the property was infectious. Adam continued his enthusiasm for the campaign and his astute advice was very valuable in achieving a great price for our special property. There are always curves balls to deal with in any business as there were here and I am extremely happy to be able to say that at all times Adam was extremely professional and acted in our best interest. I have continued to keep in regular contact with Adam as I have developed a great friendship and I really appreciate being informed on how the market is travelling.
