Adam and Sarah are the #1 agents in the Miami real estate game. Their properties sell for a considerably higher price point which is the main reason we chose to list our property with them. All you need to do is compare recent sales in the area to see that this is true. On top of achieving higher yielding results, they are genuine, direct (saving us time), collaborative and set expectations clearly when pricing our property. Adam, Sarah and Melissa have been very easy to work with. Adam has given us his time over a long period, initially valuing our home 3+ years ago. He made recommendations prior to our renovation to add value to our property which we took on board. As sellers, there was no question as to who we would list with and we would not hesitate to sell through Adam again. He achieved a price that we feel would not have been surpassed in the peak of the FY21/22 market. We are significantly past the peak now and are truly delighted with the results that Adam was able to achieve. Throughout the sales process, I rarely had contact to Adam himself, but rather his colleague Sarah, which is absolutely fine. I have been asked several times to leave a review for Adam. I bought this house with the intention of not having to renovate, and as this house was advertised as a practically brand new house, this seemed ideal for my purpose. The real estate team knew about this intention of mine. The sale is now being celebrated on their behalf with flyers across the neighbourhood boasting about the premium price I paid. This is also fine-but I did not receive a premium product. The „brand new house“ is pretty, but had botched cable jobs done internally, leaving me with stress and bills, both of which I intended to avoid. I will now end up having cables running externally on the wall due to the way this house has been renovated. Furthermore, the house had never ever been connected to internet externally—very common knowledge in the neighbourhood, my new neighbour had known everything about it. This information had been withheld from me-the nbn box had been actively pointed out to me during one of the inspections. In the coming months, the concrete will have to be ripped out to connect the house to nbn. Upon contacting the team about the issues, the interest was expectedly low-the money had been made. Whereas everyone should be doing their research when buying a property, I would expect integrity and professionalism from the seller. A house is not brand new in this day and time, if completely isolated from internet-it resembles selling a house without electricity. This was also common knowledge, so should have been transparently communicated, and not masked with a dummy nbn box. I would certainly not recommend buying from this team.
