Adam continued to advise me tirelessly and in good humour, to market the property very strongly and to negotiate superbly on my behalf, obtaining many subsequent offers from several potential buyers. After extensive further efforts, Adam obtained an offer identical to the earlier offer I had rejected at the top of the price range. I came to realise that Adam’s advice was correct and that he had in fact obtained the top price - twice! Had I accepted Adam’s sound advice, I would have sold my apartment sooner for the same high price . I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
