This service focus isn’t surprising as prior to commencing his real estate career in 2005, Adam spent nine years in a high level customer service role. The combination of being highly motivated and customer focused eventually saw Adam at the helm of a major electronics retailer overseeing 40 people. Real Estate was a natural career choice for Adam. It provided daily challenges to be met and allowed him to interact with people on a highly personal level, delivering the best outcomes to them. “I believe that providing great customer service comes down to listening closely and then simply ensuring that you are meeting your client’s needs. Easier and much more stress free than expected

From our first conversation we felt that Adam was the kind of man who will be upfront and honest with me which we found refreshing. Any questions or requests that we had, Adam responded quickly and nothing seemed too hard for him. Adam understood our prerequisite's and did not try to steer us in other directions. Adam was also very helpful and gave Kerry and I a roadmap of how the entire process will unfold. Needless to say he was easy to get along with and almost feels like a mate that helped Kerry and I with getting my dream house. We would highly recommend Adam as a Realestate agent.
