We met with 5 local agents and from them all we chose Adam. Why? He was the only agent that spoke to us on a level that made sense. Rather than spend 45 minutes "pumping up his, and his companies tyres" like the other 4, Adam asked simple questions like why we were selling, what we wanted to achieve and guided us to our own decision. Having never sold a house at auction before (always sold based on a range) we were suprised that Adam suggested this method, but after an in depth discussion around the benefits and a promise of a result that would impress us, we decided to go ahead. A whirlwind 5 week campaign ensued that was filled with just the right amount of information. Phone calls after each open house, weekly meetings with a printout of all contact data and updates on current status of interested parties. Come auction day, we arrived at the house to find the street coloured in balloons and the most important ingredient of the day - a FREE COFFEE truck - the team were busy, but Adam always kept us comfortable and well informed right up to the moment when the hammer dropped. The experience from start to finish was exceptional and we could not recommend Adam any higher.
