Adam sold me my first property and I am lucky to have come across him! Adam returned all of my calls, he never pressured me into anything I didn't want to do, and even helped me after settlement was done. All round great agent and great person.
As first homebuyers, my partner and I met a lot of real estate agents over the best part of a year. Sales talk and spin get pretty old, pretty quickly. Adam was different - a straight talker, to the point, and an excellent communicator. On a number of occasions Adam followed up on questions we had for the vendor and got back to us promptly, even though the vendor was living in another time zone. He also got in touch with the previous owner (ie. two owners ago) to satisfy questions about the house and garden that we had, as the vendor had not lived in the property and didn't know it well. In between purchasing the property and settlement, Adam remained in touch and always followed up what he said he'd follow up. I know that a real estate agent works for the vendor, not the buyer - but he made what could have been a very stressful experience relatively straightforward. Thanks Adam!
Great experience with Adam who took the time to understand my specific situation with rental property. Over the years whilst living o/s Adam kept me in touch with the market, demonstrated market knowledge and was highly effective putting together sales strategy and executing on it when it was time to sell. I was renting a property through another company who wanted me to sell via them, but Adam proved his worth and did more than my rental agency over the years with respect to selling . I would describe Adam as reputable and someone who can deliver.
Adam had many prospective buyers who he knew were looking for a place like ours. He is good with people and follows up thoroughly, also his knowledge on the area and current market is brilliant. Adam was always clear in explaining the parties who were interested in our property. Also auctioning our property he managed to get a price well above our expectations.
