Dealing with Adam was great throughout the whole process. We had a few hiccups along the way with timing over the Christmas break but Adam was very understanding and helped us in every way he could. There was no request he didn't take seriously and always actioned them as quick as possible. Adam also did a lot of the middleman work to make the process more fluid so we didn't have to continually pass on information. All in all, Adam was very genuine and helpful.
