This is our third time buying/selling with Team Woods. It was an absolute no-brainer that we would use Adam and his team to sell our family home. For 2 years Adam worked with us as the market boomed and changed around us through ‘unprecedented times’. Adam answered our questions about what the market was doing, who is looking to buy in Mudgee, what they are looking for, when the best time to sell is and where to spend and save our money. Adam talked us off a cliff several times as media headlines and interest rate rises had us questioning our plan, but Adam’s knowledge of the local area, future developments and current local trends had us reassured. The price estimate and estimate of time on market was spot on. The communication from every McGrath team member after each open house was swift and informative but especially Jess who keeps the whole show ticking along.
