Adam is the principle of McGrath Mudgee and has a team of people working for him. I found Adam very easy to deal with and quick to respond to my contacts, however I had a number of issues with other people in the agency - no photos of the interior of the house for some months, people given unsupervised access to my home, gates left open while livestock on the property, incorrect advise on what I was entitled to take from the property after exchange, money not deposited promptly (despite being given my bank account details in writing a month before settlement).
Adam and his team provided us with great advice from well before decided to list, right through to after we had settled. We achieved above other agent's estimates of what we would get. I can't recommend Adam high enough. We will definitely be doing business with McGraths Central Tablelands again.
