We had a great experience selling with Adam (and Liz) from One Agency! Very easy to deal with and professional. Communication was always priority throughout the process. I can highly recommend Adam and the team to assist with selling your property. Thanks again!

Fantastic service. The key takeaway from Adams service is his honesty, which is somewhat of a rarity in this field. A genuine honest and trustworthy agent which sets the standards for the entire team at One Agency. If i ever find myself in a position to sell again, i will be using Adam's service with One Agency.

Fantastic service. The key takeaway from Adams service is his honesty, which is somewhat of a rarity in this field. A genuine honest and trustworthy agent which sets the standards for the entire team at One Agency. The best guy in the business without a doubt. Adam and his team were exceptionally helpful and professional in obtaining a quick sale for our property. Their approach from day 1 was hassle free and they were very attentive in listening and answering any questions that we had. We would strongly recommend Adam and his team to anyone considering selling or buying

Adam was an obvious choice when selecting an agent to market and sell our late Mothers home in Menai. He and Liz Butler visited and gave us an initial appraisal of the property for probate along with two other agents. We were both were of one accord when we selected Adam and Liz when we were ready to put the home on the market. They both stood out as genuine and capable and interested in securing the best possible price for the property. He was extremely professional and available while Liz was as professional and primarily our contact, responsible for the day to day sale and negotiation with buyers. Adam lived up to his initial offer to assist in any way he and his agency could assist us, above and beyond the sale role, offering to help in the preparation of the property for sale. This included helping personally with the help of other agents in his office to move heavy items out for collection when needed and referrals to trustworthy tradespeople. Although not directly as involved with the day to day work he was available and would check in to advise and ensure all was progressing well. In summary we found Adam to be professional, honest, genuine and reliable in his dealings with us.

Adam and the One crew have been outstanding. They ensured I was kept up to date on all elements of the sale from start to end. Add to that a friendly and support service. Thank you.

So blessed to have Adam sell our home, we could not have asked for a more genuine person. Adam and his team where great communicators, caring and knowledgeable. They displayed excellent attention to detail and 100% committed to selling our home, nothing was ever too much. We have the upmost respect for One Agency and their truely professional conduct. We definitely made the right choice. Thanks Adam.

Adam and Liz are the new breed of realestate agents. So helpful and co operative, we could not have asked for a better team to sell our home of 40 years. Liz was so understanding of our emotional situation, and was always there to help and support us during the sale. Liz will now be a lasting friend. We will always have OneAgency as our realestate agent in the future. Ron & Linda
