Addison worked hard to identify and follow up all underbidders and leads since the auction date, which were few and far between in the present market. Towards the end of the process he had to make numerous calls to get the two final potential buyers across the line, particularly the highest offeror who in the end couldn't arrange the necessary finance. Once we had the ultimate buyer on board he followed through all processes efficiently to get them through to exchange if contracts.
