Was also my landlord agent principal, however not dealt with in a day to day basis during the tenancy. If I was the seller, I think I would have been satisfied with the tactics. Communication mostly prompt, except when the price range went up to block out our first reasonable bids - and no negotiation was even slightly considered at that point. Got the feeling our wish not to have to move, was used to full advantage.
