The NSW Covid 19 lockdown started the weekend of our first scheduled open house! Despite this setback, Adele went the extra mile arranging private inspections for prospective buyers. When a potential buyer was found, Adele and Lewis were outstanding in arranging extra inspections to satisfy the buyers questions. Communication was excellent, we always knew exactly where the process was up to at all times. Adele and Lewis provided us with outstanding assessments of the buyers position, allowing us to make informed decisions that culminated in a successful sale.

My house has been on the market to sell for almost one year. During that times there had been a number of viewings and an offer which I did not accept. Recently the viewings have decreased due to Covid 19. Anzac Day 25 April we had 3 viewings one of whom made an offer which was increased with Adele’s negotiation skills. Acccepted and contracts exchanged 9 days later. Very pleasing.
