Adele was really helpful, answered fast, made us feel valued as customers and overall made the whole house purchase a quite pleasant and nearly stress-free experience. Our interaction was very professional but she managed to make it feel personal as she genuinely care for her customers (us, buyers, but also the sellers, which are a very sweet old couple that Adele helped a lot). She is great and I would be happy to deal with her in the future.
