Adil got me 30k over market price, for a studio Apartment which is the highest amount for a 1 bed in complex (with no oven and lift). Adil sold my 1 bed & 1 study apartment for the price of 2 beds and achieved $452,000 that is a great result despite a hard market and increasing interest rate.
