Adil got me 30k over market price, for a studio Apartment which is the highest amount for a 1 bed in complex (with no oven and lift). It’s a very high price for a studio apartment with such high interest rates, he’s very hardworking and always does his absolute best to make his client’s Happy, he’s very switched on while selling real estate, and is always available to help and give expert advice, I'm glad I listened to everything he suggested and was extremely happy with the end result.
