I engaged Adil to sell my apartment after our first phone call. He rang me at the minute we agreed and was well prepared. In a tough market he was very honest - he said he wanted the listing but said to sell the apartment it would need to be painted and staged. With that honesty I took him on. Adil was an excellent communicator throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. The unit was sold within a fortnight with the goal price achieved. I would heartily recommend Adil to others.
