His human interaction and negotiation techniques were honest and classy , not what we have experienced in trying to buy a new home post the sale of this house. Adrian delivered on what he promised. Fast sale with minimum fuss. He delivered at the bottom end of the given price range - however his price range was greater than other agents estimates. He clearly has a better “market knowledge”. He was always confident in the price we would attain and we sold at that price in 1 week. We have used the services of Adrian and His team on other properties and their professional service and advice has always been of a high standard. In this instance they recommended and used a short auction campaign to generate a high level of interest and urgency with several competing bidders on the day. Add a coffee van for ambience and generate some theatre in the auction process and an outstanding result achieved above every ones expectations.
