Some key things that i thought he excelled in were; - he had a good base of comparable sales in the area that he had made personally - he correctly identified the target market - he was brilliant at identifying areas to improve the property to be appealing to the target market - his feedback throughout the process was constant and helpful - adrian is enthusiastic and a very easy person to talk to. One area to improve could be barry plants system for managing the search results for the property
