From the moment we met Adrian we felt comfortable with his friendly but professional knowledge and approach to the sale of real estate.He explained all options available to us for the sale of our property and although it was our ultimate decision which option we would take he provided his recommendation and the reasons why. As it turned out, in our opinion,it was the best option for us.Adrian marketed our property as an "Off Market"sale and in doing so the potential purchasers were sourced from only those genuinely looking for our style of home in our price range and area.All inspections were arranged in advance and without fail were undertaken on time and followed up with a phone call to us with feedback immediately after the appointment.In addition,each week we were provided with a written report outlining comments from each potential purchaser.Adrian kept us informed almost on a daily basis of interested parties and discussed future inspection times.Our "Off Market" sale was completed in just over two weeks and we were extremely happy with the whole process thanks to Adrian.WE felt so comfortable dealing with Adrian that we also put our search for our new down size home in his hands.He sat down with us and went through our requirements and given that he knew our existing home he obtained a good grasp of what we were looking for and given that we are very fussy he didn't waste our time and introduced us to only those properties that he knew would be of interest.It wasn't long before we found our perfect property. Adrian was very professional, when viewing a property he answered all the questions that I had in an honest professional way, he also gave me honest feedback on questions I had on other properties.
