From the moment we walked into our future home Adrian was extremely friendly, professional and relaxed and prepared to answer any questions openly and honestly that we had about the house. Adrian spoke positively about the vendor, neighbours and the general area which made us feel comfortable instantly as we are not from the Central Coast. When we approached Adrian requesting that he sell our land, Chittaway Point had recently flooded. We were concerned that our block would be difficult to sell. We were also concerned that we would not achieve the sale price that we required. Adrian, Laura and the Team, sold our block within two weeks (at our asking price).
