As a first home buyer you always feel like you are stepping into the deep end. However, Adrian was very helpful, genuinely cares for vendors and buyers alike, very honest about the market rates, gave me space/time to think through my decision, went out of his way to give advice and very kind personable manner. I could not have asked for a better agent to buy my first house from.
