His wealth of knowledge of the area, and the selling process is built on years of experience, and he used this to achieve an amazing result for me in a very short time. He kept me informed at all times, looked after my property so well, and I know I couldn't have had anyone better to sell my home.

Adrian and his team were invested in the selling of our property. He suggested an Auction (when we were sceptical) and didn't try and push for stageing of the property. It was a short three week campaign and auctioned on the third open house day. Lots of interest following the marketing tools undertaken and sold under the hammer for well over what we expected. He provided follow up information after each open house and support and encouragement along the way. CAN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH !!! Would recommend he and his team to all potential sellers and buyers.
