Adrian provided a very seem less process. He was very professional and continually provided constant communication which for someone who had not been through this process before was very welcoming. At one stage I fell ill and was admitted to hospital and Adrian showed a lot of compassion and when I gave my sister permission to take over he also communicated very well to help her through the process.
