Glad to work with an agent that understands not only the housing market. but also the psychology and motivations of different buyers from first home buyers, to investors and developers. During the auction, he endured a downpour that soaked him to the bone rather than risk breaking bidding momentum at our auction! He is well supported by a competent staff that do what they promise and with a minimum of fuss. Very happy with the end result.
