After 3 quotes from differant agents, Adrian was the only agent to suggest staging our empty granny flat and he was also the only agent to get back to me when he said he would. Its like when you go to a open house and they take all your details and you never hear from them. I would never hire a agent like that as they are letting potential buyers go. During the sale period Adrian always kept in contact and was also always available if I had questions. Also the fact that he has Satu there at inspections helps with ensuring all potential buyers know the benefits of the property. I have been to a lot of open homes in the area and out of all the agents I have talked to Adrian would be my only recommendation as he contacts you back from a open even if you say you are just looking, he is approachble and friendly, however the most important aspect is he knows how to sell. Many agents are good at sighning contracts when a buyer drops in their lap. It's more important to be able to sell to a buyer who is still unsure.
