In my experience dealing with realestate can be time consuming and at times intrusive constantly hassled to make a discussion. Working with Adrian was delightful, I was not pressured and left to make my own choices.

Selling during COVID-19 was challenging, but Adrian made the process as smooth as possible and was always willing to accommodate our needs. He went above and beyond the requirements of a selling agent, even providing some staging furniture at no cost to us. He clearly outlined the selling process, and communicated very clearly with us throughout the campaign making us feel at ease.

Adrian Goegan was such a great agent. We were selling our late sister's unit so it was quite an emotional experience. Adrian was able to answer any question we asked about this property, which demonstrates his understanding of the product. We inspected the property twice before purchase and few phone calls with him; however, never felt be pressured or pushed to make a decision. Also, he helped a lot in the negotiation with the vendor regarding settlement date.
