I first met Adrien when I bought my house 14 years ago , he was knowledgeable then and now 14 years later with a wealth of experience under his belt , I chose him to sell the same property . Adrian is personable ,professional and realistic. He's not a game player . He knows his market . He showed a great deal of enthusiasm in regards to the uniqueness of my home , a Mid Century Modern architect designed house. He advised me on improvements to make to prepare for sale , which were not extensive or expensive . These made a world of difference to presentation and property photos. (which were sensational!)

Of all the people we spoke to, Adrian Hybner was outstanding in his local knowledge and recommendations. Some while later, we decided to go ahead with selling our home and immediately contacted Adrian, who we appointed our sales agent. He then proceeded to draw up a 4 week marketing strategy, culminating in an auction. To start things rolling, Adrian arranged for their stylist to visit us and make recommendations to prepare the property prior to the first open house. We were most fortunate to have sold our property within a week of presenting it to the market. We were also most fortunate to have Adrian guiding us through the whole process and negotiating with the buyers to ensure we got the best price.
