Given the restrictions imposed on the sector as a result of COVID, along with having missed our initial auction date as a result of them, the process ended up being more than satisfactory. Adrian looked after our best interests and guided us through the maze during a very uncertain period of time, finally settled on a new auction date and the property sold.

After having originally sold my home through Adrian to a buyer who then refused to go through with the sale, I was left in a very difficult situation and with a lot of personal stress and difficulty. Once again though, Adrian went above and beyond to look after me, looking at all the options we had to find a new buyer by an upcoming deadline I had that was going to cost me a lot of money if we didn't meet it. On top of that, the original buyer then began trying to cause me legal problems as well, as they tried to get their deposit back and threatened legal actions. Adrian on top of everything else looked after the negotiations with this as well. In the end, I got the full price for the house from a second buyer as well as a considerable amount from the deposit of the first buyer! All without me having to worry about a thing. This was my first time selling my home (technically 2nd if I count the first buyer back out), and I know I couldn't have asked for a more caring and skilful agent than Adrian Kay.
