I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Adrian twice, once when I purchased this home just over 10 years ago and now, when I decided to sell my home (the same place). 10 years ago what struck me most about Adrian was that he seemed very genuine and made it a really simple process, and made me feel at ease. I found Adrien to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and the sales expectations. He told us very early on that he felt confident on getting a certain figure for us at the Auction sale and he did it was exactly the amount he predicted. Now he did have to fight hard to get there in the end as not many bidders but in the end he pushed doth sale over the line with skillful negotiations. I was very impressed with Adrian.
