Our sale was complicated by having tenants in place. Adrian was excellent communicating with our tenants and making the house ready for sale. Adrian assisted with the early exit of our tenants which made the sale very much easier and managed to sell the property very quickly indeed and at a price that far exceeded our expectations & reserve. Adrian is a great communicator, clearly works very hard for his clients and secured a price well above our expectations. Adrian did not rush the sale and advised us not to accept first offers, his knowledge of the local market resulted in a sale price of more than 10% over what we had envisioned.
