As the executor of an estate I had to sell a property in a market that I was not familiar with. I interviewed a number of agents. Three things struck me about Adrian that set him apart from other agents: (1) his knowledge of the local market; (2) his focus on obtaining the best price for the property; and (3) his professionalism, he called to confirm appointments, followed up and provided advice on what to do and not do for the preparation of the property for sale. I was concerned this was bait to get my listing. However, he gave me detailed reasons and told me he would not go back on his range and pressure me to take less. Adrian was true to his word. Adrian handled the negotiations with integrity and skill making sure that one potential issue was disclosed to the buyer and thus did not upset the sale. The short point is the property was sold within 11 days in the range Adrian advised (which was tens of thousands more than any other agent had advised). Adrian has gone out his way to keep in touch and guide this sale. His professionalism is outstanding. In my view, Adrian is a cut above and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any vendor.
