I could not praise Adrian enough for the work he has done around my house purchase. He kept me up to date during the entire process and informed me about changes/developments around the purchasing process and so on. Adrian said to me in one conversation: "If the buyer and seller are happy, that's the best deal". I felt this is how he acted during my house purchase. It wasn't a matter of him trying to close a deal, but to bring buyer and seller together, to establish an appropriate price, and to make sure both parties were looked after.
