He’s always got time to answer to questions, and as a buyer I would appreciate his honesty and knowledge on the house. He worked relentlessly over the weekend contacting dozens of buyers and negotiating the best offer out of very many, instead of just being happy with a decent offer. Absolutely worth the fees!

Unfortunately my first home buying experience was a very stressful as I felt the entire sale process was very much favoured towards the seller. I’d hope my next purchase is with an agent who remembers the buyer is also a client in the transaction, even with their lower valued properties.

Adrian was a great Real Estate Agent. We bought our Villa in Scarborough from him 7 years ago and then moved back to Melbourne. We kept in touch over the years and he recently sold our Villa . Because we were in Melbourne we could not be hands on, but Adrian made us feel at ease. He made sure that the Villa was presentable, organised for minor repairs and communicated with our tennant.
